All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No returns or refunds will be issued for International Orders due to customs delays, holds, or Import Fees beyond our control.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used, opened or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date
- Due to hygiene reasons, unsealed items

- Gift cards
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed as a gift certificate for your future purchases.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Due to personal hygiene and care, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Amendments or cancellations is possible if you contact us as soon as your order is placed.
